Join AM 1300 The Zone for the 2010 NFL Alumni Golf Classic.  For the eighth consecutive year KB Home, the Austin Chapter of the NFL Alumni, Lexus of Austin and Lexus Champions for Charity are teaming up with NFL legends to help Austin’s children. The Caring for Kids Banquet, sponsored by Lexus of Austin, will kick off the tournament on Thursday evening, June 24th.

This year the banquet will be held at Lakeway Resort and Spa and guests will have an opportunity to dine with NFL Alumni legends and to participate in both silent and live auctions. Capping off the evening, golfers will have the opportunity to “draft” their NFL Alumni team captains for the tournament presented by KB Home on Friday, June 25, at the Hills Country Club’s Signature Course.

The Agape 5K "Run for Life"

Join the Fellowship at Round Rock church for a fun filled, family focused 5K. Our hope is to have an opportunity to bring resources and awareness that the Agape Pregnancy Center offers to our community.

Location: 3379 GATTIS SCHOOL ROAD, ROUND ROCK, TX 78664  *Start and Finish of race will be at the same location, route travels through the Sonoma & Lake Forest neighborhoods of Round Rock

Date:  March 17, 2010

Time: 8am warm-up, race starts at 8:30am, finish 1-2 hours depending on runners / walkers.  We will have fun activities after race, so I would anticipate 8-11 as hours needed.
