HOW I GOT TO THE ZONE:
I am originally from Arlington, TX. , went to Trinity Valley, a small private school in Fort Worth, played basketball in high school, loved the 3 point shot, still do, unlike Bob Knight!
Went to the University of Kentucky for my first 2 years in college, then transferred to Baylor for my last 2; was sports director of the campus stations my sophomore year (UK) & senior year (BU)
Right out of college worked at the flagship station of Baylor in Waco for about a year, quit there to look for work in the DFW area, couldn't, moved to Austin to take advantage of the booming Hi-Tech industry and was a recruiter for a few companies, including a couple start-ups for a combined total of about 5 years
Decided to finally get back into the sports radio industry, and here I am!
Have done play-by-play for Baylor baseball, San Marcos football, Hays football, Lake Travis football, Texas high school basketball championships at the Erwin Center since 2001, Concordia-Texas University basketball since 2004, countless other Texas high school football semifinal and championship games at all classes, and yes, one season of Austin Wranglers arena football!

Lebron Mean Even When He Doesn't Want To Be
Lebron James has been much maligned during the last season with his "Decision", antics during the Finals, lack of "clutchability" during the Finals, making him one of the most hated players in the NBA this last season and into the lockout!
This dunk during one of HIS CAMPS won't help his cause!
Watch out kid!
